As your specialist for pressing technology , it is our aim to support winegrowers with the best grape press in the world for processing their wines and sparkling wines. Our patented double membrane technology and the upright juice channels form a unique pressing system for this purpose, which enables results of the highest quality and economic efficiency through the particularly gentle handling of your valuable grapes. "Optimum must yield in premium quality" - your work in the vineyard must be worthwhile!
According to the motto "A chain is only as strong as its weakest link", we now also offer you grape processing systems that ensure the same gentle and efficient handling of your grapes in the upstream processes. This means that the goal of "optimum must yield in premium quality" and the equipment for your press house can be realized from a single source - all products are Made in Germany.
The discharge hoppers feature a generously sized opening, which is ideal for feeding boxes or similar standard containers.
The hoppers with vibrating discharge feature a pre-extraction zone where free juice is collected directly, ensuring that not a single drop is lost.
The vibratory conveying of the discharge hoppers ensures uniform filling of downstream systems, such as a sorting table or a destemmer. Unlike with a screw conveyor, the grapes are not mechanically stressed or crushed here, but rather bounce their way to the next station.
Both fixed and hydraulically adjustable hoppers are available, and the discharge angle can be adjusted to control the filling speed.
The hoppers are easy to clean thanks to their hinged collection trays.
For transporting and processing grapes, we offer grape and mash pumps as well as conveyor belts in various designs. The grape and mash pumps, which vary in the size of their feed hoppers, can handle between 2 and 100 metric tons of grapes per hour. Safe operation is ensured by dry-run and overflow protection. The system uses an ultrasonic probe to measure the current fill level. The advantage of this technology is that the built-in probe can even detect dry must.
If the grapes are to be crushed before being fed into the press, there are several options for integrating a crusher into the system. The crushers can be freestanding or installed on the vibrating conveyor tables and conveyor belts. Even when crushers are installed, crushing of the grapes can be suspended as desired without the need for time-consuming disassembly. Depending on the product, the crusher can be swung away or covered. It is also possible to orient the rollers in the opposite direction, allowing the grapes to pass by the crusher.
The conveyor belts are available in various lengths. Depending on the speed, 2 to 25 metric tons per hour can be transported. All conveyor belts are hydraulically height-adjustable.

The ROTOVIB vibrating destemmer ensures very gentle and careful handling of the grapes.
During destemming, the destemmer fingers and the grape protecting plastic basket rotate in the same direction to avoid any crushing. The patented vibration technology actuates the vibration of the destemmer fingers, which makes it easier to loosen the grapes and thus contributes significantly to the particularly gentle processing of the grapes. The speed can be easily selected to suit the requirements of the grape varieties via the frequency converter.
After the removal of crude impurities, the loosened berries first fall onto the first of the two downstream roller sorters and then onto the second roller sorter, which is equipped with finer spacing, to remove finer debris such as insects or leather berries. Both roller sorters have independently adjustable running speeds
The result: Optimum yield combined with the gentlest.
ROTOVIB is also designed for particularly quick and easy cleaning. For cleaning, the cladding parts can simply be opened and the roller sorters pulled out, similar to a drawer. All without the use of tools. Thanks to the robust and high-quality materials, the machine can be completely foamed and hosed down.

These vibrating conveyors are perfect for manually pre- or post-sorting grapes.
The high-quality sorting tables feature drainage slots and a tray for collecting free-flowing juice as well as dry plant debris. The vibration speed of the vibrating conveyors can be adjusted as desired using the built-in frequency converters.
The vibrating conveyors are available in various lengths and angles of inclination. Additionally, you can choose a model with a mounted hopper for filling or a tilting mechanism for emptying crates.
The average capacity is 5 metric tons per hour.
Various lengths and models are available.

GRAPESORT is designed for fully automatic, optical grape sorting. After feeding, a conveyor belt evenly accelerates the grapes, which are then delivered in flight to the heart of the sorting machine.
A camera scans the grapes at up to 18,000 images per second and sorts them according to preset parameters. The sorting
is set via a large tauch screen where the desired colour of the berries can be selected as one of the sorting criteria. By means ofthe additional inspection with NIR (near infrared), the sorting machine is also able to sort out same-coloured but dried berries, or even to sort the berries by their degree Oechsle.
The flawed berries are „shot out11 precisely with an air blast from 128 valves. Camera detection and sorting are done on the fly, because only the individual grape is detected.
