We welcome you to WILLMES and keep your fingers crossed for our WILLMES anniversary competition.
The prize
A brand-new SIGMA 3 pneumatic tank press with double membrane technology and vertical juice channels worth €69,000 will be raffled off among all participants in the WILLMES anniversary competition.
The prize includes the following services:
The press is equipped with all standard components and an internal compressor unit and is ready for immediate use. The press is delivered free of charge and put into operation on site by the Willmes installation team.
All changes and special requests – both for the equipment components and during installation or commissioning on site – are at the expense of the prize recipient and are therefore subject to a charge.
Information:
A cash payment (also in parts) of the prize is not possible. Winning claims are not transferable to other persons and cannot be exchanged.

Participants and prerequisites for participation
Only natural persons of full age and unlimited legal capacity who have agreed to these conditions of participation are entitled to participate.
The participation requires the completion of an online registration under de.willmes.de/gewinnspiel with the truthful indication of the personal data of the participant. The following required information required to run in the competition must be provided: First and last name of the participant, address, date of birth, telephone number and e-mail address. The recipient of the information provided by all users in connection with the competition is WILLMES GmbH. The information provided is used exclusively in the context of the competition and for communication measures in connection with this competition. The details can be found in the privacy policy, which you can access atwww.willmes.de/datenschutz. The participation itself is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Multiple participation is not allowed.
Exclusion of participation
Participants whose personal data are not true will be excluded from participation. Participants who manipulate or attempt to manipulate the entry process and/or the prize draw and/or otherwise violate the conditions of participation are also excluded. Employees and relatives of the organizer as well as all national and international trade partners and their relatives are excluded from participation in the competition. The exclusion can also take place subsequently and a profit can be reclaimed in this case.
Contest execution, prize notification
Participation in the competition is only possible from August 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018.
The winners will be drawn at random no later than one week after the closing date for entries. Closing date for the prize is November 30, 2018 at 11:59 pm.
Winners will be notified by WILLMES or its designated partner in writing, by email or telephone by December 14, 2018, giving further details (“Winning Notification”). Winners will only be entitled to the prize if the winner declares acceptance of the prize to WILLMES within five calendar days of sending the winning notification (“Acceptance of Prize”). If no declaration of acceptance by the respective winner is made within this period, a new winner will be drawn.
Premature termination and modification of the competition
WILLMES reserves the right to terminate or change the competition at any time without prior notice if for technical or other reasons a proper execution of the game cannot be guaranteed, or the fairness of the game appears impaired.
This does not give rise to any claims on the part of the participants.
Liability of WILLMES
WILLMES is only liable for intent and gross negligence. This shall not apply in the event of a negligent breach of a material contractual obligation. These are obligations which are essential for the execution of the competition, as they make them possible in the first place, and on whose fulfilment the participant can therefore rely and trust. In this case, the liability of WILLMES in case of simple negligence is limited to the typical and foreseeable damage.
The limitation of liability does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, to a defect after acceptance of quality guarantees for the quality of a product and to fraudulently concealed defects. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected. The exclusion or limitation of liability also applies to the personal liability of representatives and vicarious agents of WILLMES.
Applicable law/miscellaneous
Legal recourse is excluded. These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participant and WILLMES are exclusively subject to German law to the exclusion of private international law and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), which has been incorporated into German law. Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation.
